It's no secret that I love all food, nor is it surprising that I'm willing to play around with different flavors to create new and unique dishes. Not many of The Spice & Tea Exchange™ custom spices make this easier than our Coastal Blend Seasoning. It's a combination of onion, chives, dill, green peppercorn, shallots and lemon that takes you on a flavor ride of fresh citrus, herb and onion-y goodness. Even after 2 years of playing with this seasoning, I am still coming up with new ways to use it.
Most recently, I combined our coastal blend with our Lemon-Garlic Pepper on roasted turkey breast, then just a few days later created a Coastal Parmesan-Crusted White Fish. I sprinkle it on sliced avocado, and it's a necessary ingredient in my tuna salad.
